ABOUT

For over a decade, Eric Blatz, owner and inspector for Charter Home Inspection, worked with one of the largest and most recognized home inspection companies in the Northeast. There he received exceptional training and experience receiving multiple customer satisfaction awards. Ready to start a new adventure, Eric branched out to form his own home inspection company, Charter Home Inspection. In addition to being a home inspector, Eric is a graduate of North Bennett Street School in Boston, MA, with an advanced degree in acoustic piano technology. Born and raised in Nahant, Eric also has 8 years experience as a residential carpenter, adding to the skills needed to do an exceptional home inspection.
